How to request a refund Email us at support@girlova.com with your order number and we'll take care of the rest. You don't need to send anything back.

Damaged or incorrect items If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@girlova.com with a photo of the issue. We'll resolve it right away.

Refund processing Once approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider. If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't seen it, please reach out at support@girlova.com.

Non-refundable items Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for refunds.
